ASH NIGHT Service Rules

1. How It Works

• Service Providers offer a range of services on ASH NIGHT.
• Service Requesters (Clients) browse, select, and request services from providers.
• Clients make payment directly to the ASH NIGHT platform (admin) when placing an order.
• After payment is confirmed, the Service Provider is assigned the job and expected to deliver the requested service as agreed.
• Once the service is satisfactorily delivered, the funds are released by admin to the Service Provider.

2. Payment & Fund Release

• All payments for services must be made through the ASH NIGHT platform.
• Payments are securely held by admin until the service is confirmed as delivered and accepted by the requester.
• The Service Provider will only receive payment after successful completion of the job.
• No direct payments between Service Requesters and Service Providers are allowed.

3. Refunds & Disputes

• Refund Policy:
  • Refund requests will only be considered if a dispute is reported within 24 hours of service delivery.
  • No refunds will be processed after 24 hours unless a dispute has been submitted and is under review.
• Dispute Resolution:
  • Service Requesters must raise any dispute related to service quality, non-delivery, or other issues within 24 hours after the service is marked as delivered.
  • Disputes should be reported through the designated dispute form or support channel on ASH NIGHT.
  • The admin team will review all disputes impartially and may request supporting evidence from both parties.
  • Admin’s decision on disputes is final and binding.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide clear requirements and accurate information when requesting services.
• Respond promptly to Service Provider communications.
• Review and confirm service delivery in a timely manner.

• Fulfill all accepted service requests professionally and within the agreed timeframe.
• Communicate proactively with the client regarding progress or issues.
• Only mark a job as completed when all deliverables are provided.

5. General Rules

• All users must comply with the ASH NIGHT Terms of Use and community guidelines.
• Any attempt to bypass the platform, arrange off-platform payments, or abuse the dispute process will result in account suspension.
• ASH NIGHT reserves the right to modify these rules and policies at any time to maintain a safe and trusted marketplace.
